Crystel RUBY is a non-foaming, heavy duty phosphoric acid based CIP detergent for the removal of organic and inorganic soils. Crystel RUBY is purposely formulated to remove mineral and calcium based deposits. This non-foaming detergent is specifically for use in CIP and spray wash enclosed systems and therefore suitable for use on stainless steel.
