Presented patient had a tight Medina 1.1.1 RPL/PDA bifurcation lesion. Femoral access was obtained.
Predilatation was performed with a 2.0/16mm NC balloon. A 2.5/3.0mm Tryton Side Branch Stent was chosen.

Optimal positioning using the 4 radiopaque markers on the delivery system. After Tryton deployment in the PDA, the POT was performed with a semi-compliant 3.0/10mm balloon.

A 3.0/18mm DES was placed in the RPL.

Moderate diffuse coronary disease LAD and side branches.

Medina 1,1,1 lesion LAD and 1st diagonal branch.
Distal LAD lesion planned to be treated after Tryton and proximal main branch DES deployment.

Radial approach.
Predilatation of side branch with 2.5/15mm non compliant balloon.
Tryton 3.0/3.5mm deployed followed by POT of side branch ostium with 3.5mm NC balloon.

This large LAD/D1 Medina 1.1.1 bifurcation lesion with complex anatomy needed a different treatment strategy than the provisional method to ensure the D1 remained protected when treating the LAD lesion.

Aggressive predilatation of the D1 was performed with a 2.5/12mm NC balloon. A Tryton 2.5/3.0mm was positioned using the two middle markers of the delivery system.

POT was performed with a 2.5/13mm NC balloon and a 3.0/18mm
DES was used in the LAD.

Medina 1.0.1 bifurcation lesion in the PDA/RPL.

Patient had femoral access. After aggressive pre-dilatation of the PDA and vigilant preparation of the RPL with a 2.0/12mm NC balloon.

Great visibility of the 4 markers. Two middle markers were used for optimal positioning the 2.5/3.0mm Tryton.

POT was performed with a 3.5/8mm NC balloon.

A 2.5/18mm DES was then chosen to “marry” the Tryton with great results.

Although recommended to perform a
