Dopplers - Fetal
UltraTec - Pocket Fetal Doppler
The UltraTec PD1 is a small, lightweight, high sensitivity pocket Doppler. Its 2MHz fetal Doppler probe is ideal for use by General Practitioner or Midwife for routine antenatal fetal detection. The fetal signal is available to the user via the built in loudspeaker or optional headset with output level controlled by edge mounted volume control. The fetal signals are easily located using the lightweight narrow beam transducer while internal signal processing minimises the noise artefacts. The unit is powered by a standard 9V battery which provides over 9 hours of use. The PD1 meets all current EEC standards for medical equipment.
UltraTec - Waterbirth Doppler with FHR Display
The UltraTec PD1dwr is a small, lightweight, high sensitivity pocket Doppler with built in fetal heart rate processing. The 2MHz fetal Doppler probe is sealed for immersion in water and ideal for use by a General Practitioner or Midwife for routine antenatal fetal detection or waterbirth FHR monitoring. The fetal heart rate is displayed on a large LCD display with the audio signal available to the user via the built in loudspeaker or optional headset with output level controlled by rotary volume control. FHR traces are available by connection of the serial output to the optional UltraTrace 2 PC compatible software. The fetal signals are easily located using the lightweight narrow beam transducer while internal signal processing minimises the noise artefacts. The unit is powered by a standard 9V battery which provides over 9 hours of use. The PD1+ meets all current EEC standards for medical equipment.

Dopplers - Vascular
UltraTec - Pocket Vascular Doppler
The UltraTec PD1v is a small, lightweight, high sensitivity, specialist pocket Doppler. The PD1v is available with either pencil style or flat probes ideal for use by a vascular specialist for routine vascular examinations. Vascular flow signals are easily located using the narrow beam high sensitivity pencil or flat probe while internal signal processing minimises the noise artefacts. The flow signal is available to the user via the built in loudspeaker or optional headset with output level controlled by rotary volume control. A chart recorder output is provided for the printing of non-directional waveforms. The unit is powered by a standard 9V battery which provides over 9 hours of use. The PD1v meets all current EEC standards for medical equipment.
UltraTec - Vascular Doppler
The UltraTec PD1cv is a small, lightweight, high sensitivity pocket Doppler with fixed vascular probes. It is perfectly suited as an entry level Doppler for the General practitioner or emergency nurse as well as Podiatrists, Chiropodists or vascular specialists, for pressure index or routine vascular detection. Choosing a fixed 5 or 8 MHz vascular probe provides an ideal tool for use by a General Practitioner for routine vascular investigation, in ER for vessel location or for monitoring pulses and systolic blood pressure and also by the specialist in diabetes or dermatology. Audio signals are available to the user via the built-in loudspeaker or optional headset with output level controlled by rotary volume control. The unit is powered by a standard 9V battery. The PD1cv meets all current EEC standards for medical equipment.
