The Vante RUBY System is an improved catheter manufacturing system delivering high reliability, throughput and yields along with an improved control interface for superior automation integration. Enhanced functionality for RUBY include “Smart Mold”, a patented feature, provides the ability for parametric data to be stored in the mold module for transfer to any RUBY system automatically. The mold assembly is designed for easy installation and removal from the platform. Process parameters are loaded quickly and reliably via system configuration sensing and software control. Digital pressure regulation provides improved pressure control and alarms when pressure tolerances are not met. Additionally, pre-assigned programs stored externally to the generator can be accessed and loaded via limited modbus capabilities.

Machine Solutions’ Automated Catheter Tipping machine enables higher catheter tipping production rates without need for an operator. Vante’s 2-up or 4-up Onyx catheter tip forming system is integrated with robotic arm to enable continuous production of tip formed tubes. This system requires minimal operator interaction for sustained, continuous operation and high volume production of catheter tips.  This system is designed to be highly configurable and has the capability of performing different types of catheter tip forming processes at each successive station.  The PC based control system enables sophisticated programming, data storage, communication and customization to meet a wide range of requirements.

The Vante Onyx catheter manufacturing system is designed to maximize production output while minimizing operating expense in high volume production environments. This system incorporates production capabilities of up to four (4) independently controlled Vante tipping stations into a compact table top platform which can be supported by a single operator. The systems utilize a closed loop temperature control system which produces precision temperature control and heat placement for the fastest and most repeatable catheter manufacturing processes. 

The Vante SAFFIRE catheter tip forming machine utilizes precision energy control and heat placement. It is specifically designed for catheter manufacturing. The generator features a large color touch screen. This allows the operator to view operating cycle parameters and temperature feedback. Our NEW proprietary inductive heating technology allows higher temperatures while significantly extending the life of the heater. The Vante SAFFIRE catheter tip forming machine consists of a model 4200 RF generator and one of two forming platforms depending on insertion force requirements. All platforms can be teamed with a variety of tipping, welding, and forming molds for many different applications.

The Vante Jade Catheter Manufacturing System is designed as a flexible catheter manufacturing platform targeting the mid-range market where the customer designs the molds and develops the application, production cycle times and throughput are important, and where precision thermal profiles and flash free output is not an absolute requirement. Closed loop temperature control with easy to use touch screen process parameter programming and storage/retrieval is provided to facilitate regulatory validation requirements. System capacity is defined by a single or dual cavity mold assembly, 400W RF power with modular heater designs tailored to the desired mold material, application (size and material composition of the product), and process parameters (heat time, delays, cool time). Rapid, closed loop temperature controlled profiles are maintained to within 1% of the full temperature range from 0 to 350C.
