VJX - Integrated X-ray Source with X-ray Tube

The IXS041k is an integrated X-ray source engineered to include a built-in X-ray tube, high voltage inverter, filament supply, and heat dissipation components. This product achieves a maximum output of 40kV and 1kW power, with a focused spot size of 1.5mm and a fan beam angle of 60°, ideal for precision in imaging applications. It features an optional water-cooling system to enhance reliability while operating efficiently. The integrated radiation shielding design reduces the need for additional system shielding, offering less than 0.5 mR/hr radiation leakage at 5 cm, aligning with FDA standards. The beryllium window X-ray tube facilitates the detection of low-density materials, making it suitable for applications such as inspection of decalcified bones. The IXS0405 is a Beryllium Window Integrated X-ray source combining an X-ray tube, a high voltage inverter, and a filament supply all within a compact design. With a maximum output of 40kV and 50W, it supports precision in analytical applications by delivering a stable and repeatable performance. Its focal spot size is 1.0 mm with a cone beam angle of 24°, ensuring precise targeting necessary for numerous applications, including material analysis, sorting, recycling, thickness gauging, and X-ray spectrometry. Lightweight with a generator weight of 2.4 kg and control box weight of 0.4 kg, it allows for optimal system integration without compromising form factor. The device operates within an input line range of 24VDC ±10% and achieves kV ripple less than 0.5% rms of the maximum output and kV stability better than 0.01% per ºC.
