Ultra-thin hydrocolloid dressing, is a 0.6mm wire thickness of flat wound dressing (minimum thickness to 0.3mm), an elastomeric dressing and composed of medical pressure sensitive adhesive, carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) particles, etc. This adhesive wound dressing commonly known as second skin dressing.

Absorbent layer: Can absorb exudate in large quantities; soft and comfortable, good cushioning and protection. Backing film: Highly breathable membrane isolation layer, soft and moisturizing, waterproof and anti-bacteria.

Blank holder hydrocolloid dressings, different from ultra-thin hydrocolloid dressings, is thick in the middle and thin around the dressing products, generally the thickness of the blank holder edge is 0.3mm.

Three base materials including water-repellent spunlaced non-woven fabric, spunlaced non-woven fabric (45-50g/m²) and composite PU spunlaced non-woven fabric are adopted, which can be selected according to clinical requirements. It has excellent impermeability, prevents bacterial invasion and protects the wound.

With advanced coating technology, excellent moisture permeability, not prone to skin sensitization. Absorption of absorbent pad ≥ 8 times. The dressing does not adhere to the wound because of the surface of inlet diversion net and it is easy to change the dressing. Tearing and uncovering will not cause secondary injury to the wound. PU film sterile dressing are waterproof, leak-proof, can be used when bathing, which enhances the quality of living.
