Allium - Covered Biliary Stents- Brochure

A fully covered flexible stent with a high-radial force and large caliber body, clinically designed to fit the anatomy of the CBD. The Allium self-expandable, large caliber, fully covered and easily removable biliary stents were designed to be used in chronic Common Bile Duct (CBD) obstructions in order to allow excellent intra-luminal flow during its long indwelling period (of up to 3 years). The Stents are made of a super-elastic metallic alloy (nitinol), which is fully covered by a unique and proprietary polymeric material in order to prevent tissue in growth and reduce occlusion by bile sludge.
