From Tuttlingen to the USA…

…and "back to the roots" – the success story of EndoService first leads across the Atlantic and then back again to the Danube.

1989 - 1998

Petro Mirci works as a technician for precision engineering at a leading medical device company in Tuttlingen. Here he is instrumentally involved in the development of new endoscopes and related accessories. He takes over the management of the repair department and gathers international experience at a subsidiary in the United States. Here he introduces new work processes and production optimization.

1998 - 2001

Petro Mirci founds and runs a business in Nashville / Tennessee for the production and repair of rigid endoscopes.

2001

Finally, homesickness drives the diehard Tuttlingen back to the banks of the beautiful Danube river – and thus back to "where one has medical technology in one`s blood." Here Petro Mirci establishes the Endoservice Optical Instruments GmbH.

2002

Petro Mirci begins with the production of new devices and prototypes, which he himself develops, designs and successfully submits for a patent.

2008

Giovanni Mirci, Petro`s brother, enters the company as co-managing director and commercial director.

2010

The number of employees increases constantly and the Endoservice GmbH moves into its newly constructed corporate building in the Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 16, 78576 Emmingen, Germany.

2010

Endoservice is registered with the FDA (Food on Drug Administration) in the USA.

2013

Success in terms of Regulatory Affairs: Endoservice receives FDA 510 (k) approval for medical devices in the United States.

TODAY

With EndoLook and EndoService, the two managing brothers Petro and Giovanni Mirci, together with their continuously growing team, offer high-quality endoscopes as well as a competent and exceptionally flexible repair service for domestic and international customers.
