BENVIC CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS FOOTPRINT IN MEDICAL INDUSTRY WITH THE ACQUISITION OF LUC & BEL

Benvic has acquired a majority stake in Luc & Bel, an Italian company expert in the design and manufacture of complex medical components under Class 8 cleanroom conditions, serving major international clients.

With this acquisition, Benvic further strengthens its position in the medical sector, where the Group has been active since the acquisition, in 2019, of Modenplast, Both businesses are working hard to provide comprehensive solutions in the medic field; from polymer compounds to components.

With his expertise in manufacturing medical components L&B is capable to provide customers with also mould designs, moulding and machine adding considerable value to BENVIC’s existing expertise in polymer compounding and extrusion. With Luc and Bel and Modenplast working together, BENVIC is now a ‘one stop’ supply shop for polymer-based medical needs and know-how.
