Step 1
Keystone’s “team approach” combines the in-depth knowledge of our sales and design teams. Working together, we will guide you from a design concept to a finished product that meets your requirements and specifications. Our CAD-based sample making systems will create detailed working prototypes for your review and evaluation.

Step 2
We’ll continue the process, working with your graphics department or vendor, to print and assemble a full-color mockup of your box with photos, illustrations, logos and other artwork in place, along with ingredients, instructions and other critical information for your approval. Our digital press can be used to create a single mock-up sample that rivals the quality of conventional printing press runs.

Step 3
Using these CAD samples, we’ll create the tooling, in-house (cutting dies and printing plates) needed to manufacture your boxes. Managing all these processes helps to minimize lead time needed to manufacture the final product. Our integrated structural design and graphics departments accurately control the entire process following the strictest of quality procedures.
