We developed in-house all the Assembly Machines & Packing Machines used in the product manufacturing like Body Assembly Machine, Tip Forming Machine, Final Assembly Machine, Needle Fixing Machine, 3 Way Handle-Channel Assembly Machine etc.

For IV Cannula, we have developed the following machines to incorporate quality checks like Automatic Online Catheter Pull Testing, Automatic Online Leakage Testing & Silicon Tube Testing via using pressure sensors and Automatic Online Vision Inspection System by using high-resolution cameras.

We believe in making high standard products for which we have introduced many quality checks in our products by using Automatic Machines that ensure the consistently good quality of the product. We also develop all the Multi Cavities Moulds (Hot Runner / Cold Runner) for all our products. So we can make changes or develop new products very easily and quickly as per the client’s requirements.
