Anthony Carnemolla, Chief Executive Officer

Anthony is an inspirational and passionate leader with a relentless entrepreneurial spirit. Strategic and performance driven with 27 years’ in medical device sales and sales management.

Anthony has spent the last 15 years’ in senior commercial leadership roles for start-ups developing business and go-to market strategies, launching new and innovating technologies, international sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, operations, and finance.

As Vice President of Global Sales at Marena Group (a private equity owned entity in medical compression) he secured double digit growth for the company in 2019 and for the next few years by growing domestic sales revenue, expanding the company’s global footprint in 10 new major international markets, and closing a multi-million dollar co-branding partnership.

Prior to Marena, Anthony was the V.P of Sales at AirXpanders where he successfully built a direct sales organization and introduced AeroForm®, a revolutionary tissue expander for breast reconstruction. In just under 3 quarters, Anthony’s team received over 200 hospital product approvals and completed 1,000 procedures.

Previous to AirXpanders, Anthony served as Sr. Director of U.S. Sales for Invuity (acquired by Stryker), a medical device technology company focused on pioneering the use of advanced photonics to improve visualization of surgical cavities during minimal access surgery. Anthony spearheaded the commercial and marketing strategy to achieve ubiquitous usage throughout the hospital. Building a sales organization of over 80 sales personnel, growing sales revenue to over $21M with 98% CAGR over 4 years, and leading the effort to a successful IPO in 2015 (IVTY, NASDAQ).

Anthony is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Dalent Medical. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Bryant University. Anthony is married 25 years with 3 daughters, cherishes family time and travel, loves to read, workout, and dabbles in golf. Anthony is also a 7th degree black belt in Okinawan Kempo and has a passion for teaching.
