Sustainable Fragrances for Cleaning Products
Chaired by Lauren Heine, Senior Science Advisor of Clean Production Action, this year`s program will bring together industry experts, fragrance manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials to learn about changes to existing standards and discuss ways in which each player can deliver `sustainable` fragrances for cleaning products. Key issues to be discussed include: creating a definition of `green` or `sustainable` that is meaningful for all constituent industries, the creation of a list of criteria for green fragrances developed by EPA`s DfE program and RIFM, a review of current available technology and the science behind determining allergic response and sensitization to fragrance. Also featured for this years’ program includes a number of networking functions and an exhibit area for showcasing new products and services.
