Brisson Science Corp new Canadian rights holder

St-Charles Borromée, recently incorporated as a Canadian Company, Brisson Science Corp will become the sole holder of the Covid 19 technologies and the patent licencee for Canadian market.

The transfer will be effective upon reception of homologation confirmation from Health Canada for the new Protector 10 sterilization system
