Changes in the Executive Board of Dräger

• Starting January 1, 2011, Dr. Carla Kriwet will be new member of the Executive Board for Marketing and Sales.
• Dr. Dieter Pruss is leaving the company on December 31, 2010

Lübeck - At its meeting on September 15, 2010, the Supervisory Board of Drägerwerk Verwaltungs AG appointed a new Executive Board member: Dr. Carla Kriwet will assume responsibility for Marketing and Sales as of January 1, 2011. As part of the strategic realignment moving the company to a shared functional structure, management positions in charge of the functions Finance, R&D, Production as well as Marketing and Sales across the entire group have now been filled. Dr. Carla Kriwet, 39 years of age, currently works for Linde Group as Head of Healthcare Europe for the Division Hospital Care und Homecare in Central and Northern Europe.

Dr. Dieter Pruss is currently responsible for Marketing and Sales for safety division in the Executive Board. He will leave the company at his own request on December 31, 2010, to take on new professional challenges.
