Empowering People and Culture: Introducing Georgia Harrison, HR Manager at Clarke Energy Australia

Clarke Energy Australia is excited to welcome Georgia Harrison as our new HR Manager, joining the team with over 22 years of experience in human resources and people management. With a strong background in both blue-collar and white-collar sectors, Georgia brings unparalleled expertise in HR strategy, succession planning, and organisational development to support our continued growth and success.

Georgia has developed and executed people and culture strategies that align organisational objectives with workforce capabilities. Driven by a passion for optimising structures and empowering teams, she champions collaboration and consultation to unlock people potential. Her success in enhancing workplace engagement is underscored by recognition in the Australian Financial Review’s 2023–24 Best Places to Work list.

Georgia holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce, further complemented by certifications such as Hogans Profile Accreditation, AHRI Mentoring Program, Institute of Managers and Leaders, Leadership Coaching – and Yoga Teacher Training. These qualifications enable her to approach HR from both a professional and personal development perspective, ensuring that we nurture not just the skills, but also the well-being of our team members.

When asked about her decision to join Clarke Energy, Georgia shared:

“I bring experience across renewables, start-ups, professional services and manufacturing, – industries I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working in. Clarke Energy combines elements of all these, creating a strong alignment with both my expertise and my passion.”

Georgia is passionate about Learning and Development, Personality Profiling, Change Management, and Mental Health. These areas are essential to fostering a thriving work environment that supports both individual and organisational growth. As a dedicated HR leader, she is focused on creating initiatives that not only improve business performance but also enhance the overall employee experience.
