Description：TL8-506 is a specific TLR8 agonist with an EC50 of 30 nM. TL8-506 has immunomodulatory effects and can be used in the study of tuberculosis and cancer immunotherapy.
In Vitro：TL8-506 (1 μM; 18 h) can activate dendritic cells in blood and tumors, induce the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, and promote the activation and recruitment of T cells (TL8-506 synergized with IFN-γ or Poly(I:C))[1]. TL8-506 can specifically activate TLR8 in vitro in TLR8 transgenic mouse bone marrow cells[2].
In Vivo：TL8-506 (intramuscular injection; twice; four weeks apart) can enhance the resistance to mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in TLR8 transgenic mice(TL8-506 and ESAT-6, aluminum hydroxide vaccine)[2].
