MedChemExpress - Model PSMA-11 -1366302-52-4
PSMA-11 is a small molecule ligand that targets prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and has the ability to inhibit PSMA activity. PSMA-11 can be used to synthesize 68Ga-PSMA-11, a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer that can be used to image advanced prostate cancer[1][2][3].MCE products for research use only. We do not sell to patients.

Description:PSMA-11 is a small molecule ligand that targets prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and has the ability to inhibit PSMA activity. PSMA-11 can be used to synthesize 68Ga-PSMA-11, a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer that can be used to image advanced prostate cancer.
In Vivo:PSMA-11 can be used to synthesize 68Ga-PSMA-11, which serves as a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer. [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 in vivo imaging[3]: 1. Inject 10-25 MBq of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 into mice bearing LNCaP tumor xenografts via the caudal vein. 2. Anesthetized animals were placed in a small animal PET scanner and a 50-min dynamic microPET scan was recorded starting 1 min after injection, followed by a 20-min static scan. 3. Because [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 is rapidly cleared from blood and PSMA-negative tissues, organ and tumor uptake values for [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 reflect in vitro data.
