TOYOBO HARDLEN - Adhesion Promoters

HARDLEN is resin grafted with Chlorine/and (or) maleic anhydride (CPO). HARDLEN® is designed to bond to polypropylene and other olefin-based (low surface energy) substrates including ABS, EPDM, PE, TPO, steel, and aluminum.

  • Paints:  OEM bumper primer, Refinish, Automotive interior paint, Spray paint (house, industrial)
  • Adhesives: Automotive interior adhesive Metal paints and coatings =washer primer, Al Pouch (Aluminum foil+ PP film), Lithium ion battery package Roofing (TPO+ textile) Glass and TPO for Automotive (AGT)
  • Coatings: UV-primer, Inks, hot-stamping, hot-melt, co-extrusion laminations, and WPC (wood deck plastic composite), Surface coatings of PP films.
