AeroGuard isn’t just about real-time air quality monitoring — it’s about giving you the tools to take action. With the free mobile app (iOS & Android), you get instant insight into your air quality. Want deeper data? Use the web portal to analyze trends and pinpoint the source of your air quality issues.
Custom calibration: trust your data
What sets AeroGuard apart is its ability to be custom calibrated. While it includes pre-set factory calibrations for general dust, welding fumes, and diesel emissions, you can also fine-tune it for your unique environment. This is especially valuable if you’re already conducting external air tests — AeroGuard can align with that data to deliver more accurate readings tailored to your operations.
Our air monitor measures the presence of particulate matter in μg/m3. This can be e.g. soot particles from the combustion of gasoline or diesel or welding processes in the metalworking industry.
A unique feature of the AeroGuard is that next to default calibrations for general, welding and vehicle exhaust fumes, you have the opportunity to custom calibrate the dust sensor.
The power of this function cannot be under estimated. The large majority of dust sensors are calibrated for general dust. Once used in an industrial environment, like a welding shop, the readings can be off by a factor of 2 to 4. The default factory calibration for welding fume enhances the accuracy already significantly and is a good setting for monitoring, trend lines and deviations. For the highest possible accuracy the AeroGuard can be custom calibrated for your specific environment.
Volatile Organic Components
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are gases emitted from a variety of materials that can have short- and long-term health effects. Indoor concentrations of VOCs can be higher than outdoors, especially in workshops where they work with glues, plywood or metalworking fluids. AeroGuard measures the concentration of the Total of Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) in mg/m3.
Temperature and humidity
Levels of temperature and humidity are important for the comfort of your employees. AeroGuard measures the temperature in degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity is measured in Relative humidity %
Carbon dioxide
If levels of carbon dioxide are too high it can affect people’s cognitive function and decision-making performance. Keeping an eye on this metric is therefore important. AeroGuard visualizes this metric in ppm.
Indoor Air Quality
The German Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt or UBA) has developed a scale of 1 to 5 for air quality levels. The lower the number, the better the air quality. AeroGuard shows the value in the app.
Atmospheric pressure
AeroGuard shows the atmospheric pressure level in hPa. There can be a difference in pressure between indoor and outdoors. Some people can be susceptible for this change and can experience physical discomfort. But also for businesses keeping an eye on the atmospheric pressure can be of value. When the indoor air pressure is lower than outside, in Summer it can draw in warm air from outside leading to higher costs, as the cooling systems uses more energy to cool the workshop to the desired temperature down again.
Sound pressure level
AeroGuard visualizes the equivalent continuous sound level as LAeq in dB. This enables you to identify possible sound pollution and initiate actions to reduce them, enabling you to make the workshop even more comfortable for your staff to work in.
The AeroGuard Air Monitor combines style and strength. With its sleek black design, durable build, and high-quality materials, it's made to last — and to look good while doing it. Setup is quick, maintenance is minimal, and using it is as simple as plugging it in.

The AeroGuard Air Monitor is the perfect addition to your existing filtration system — providing real-time environmental data that helps you stay ahead of potential risks. It tracks a wide range of pollutants and climate factors, including particulate matter (PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10), VOCs, CO₂, temperature, humidity, sound, atmospheric pressure, and delivers a clear air quality index (IAQ) to help you understand what’s really happening in your indoor environment.
Support smart facility management
Accurate air quality index readings are a crucial part of maintaining your HVAC system and overall building health. With AeroGuard, you can detect hidden indoor air issues early and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations — especially in demanding environments like garages, fire stations, metal workshops, production lines, and laboratories.
Visualize how pollutants spread
Airborne pollutants don’t stay in one place. They often move from shop floors or garages into office spaces via doors, stairwells, and ventilation shafts. The AeroGuard makes these movements visible with detailed environmental data, so you can take targeted action to protect your entire facility.
Built for tough environments
Whether you’re monitoring an industrial production hall or a location with indoor vehicle exhaust emissions, the AeroGuard delivers the clarity and precision you need to improve air quality index levels and create a healthier workplace.
The AeroGuard’s 360° LED ring gives you real-time, visual insight into your indoor air quality — no app or screen needed. During setup, you simply select the contaminant you want to focus on, such as fine particle monitoring or VOC monitoring. From that moment on, the LED ring keeps you continuously informed with a clear, color-coded signal.
- Green (Good): Air quality is within safe limits. Pollutant levels are low, and the environment is healthy.
- Yellow (Moderate): Air quality is fair, but sensitive individuals may want to take precautions.
- Red (Unhealthy): Air quality is poor. This level may be harmful, especially for people with respiratory conditions or other sensitivities.
Whether you’re tracking indoor air quality monitoring metrics in a workshop, garage, or production facility, the LED ring delivers a simple, powerful way to stay aware and act fast — at just a glance.
