It shows the following characteristics: - sharp atraumatic needle bevel - Special ON/OFF device prevents backflow and exposure of blood to healthcare professional - Provides safety from air embolisms and contamination - PUR catheter for longer indwelling time - Safety clip automatically covers the sharp bevel needle tip after withdrawing the needle from the hub - With 2 or 3 completely embedded radiopaque lines - Latex-free, DEHP-free and PVC-free
