BAOT - PFM Master Kit Metal Ceramic Dental Porcelain Powder
The PFM Master Kit Metal Ceramic Dental Porcelain Powder is an advanced dental ceramic kit from BAOT JC's series, aimed at dental professionals. This kit encompasses a comprehensive range of ceramic colors allowing technicians to tailor aesthetic outcomes with precision. It includes shades for both dentine and enamel, offering 16+26 VITA classic shades, thus enabling exquisite customization options. The chemical composition includes silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, potassium oxide, and other compounds, formulated primarily from potassium feldspar to cater to specific dental applications with excellent biocompatibility, strength, and chemical stability. Its physical properties include a coefficient of thermal expansion of 12.3-13.3 x 10^-6 K^-1, glass transition around 600°C, flexural strength of approximately 137.2 MPa, and bonding strength near 52.3 MPa. Facilitating ease of buildup, the kit is designed for seamless integration into various dental laboratories and individual dental practitioner setups.
