Immunogen
Hybridoma produced by the fusion of splenocytes from mice immunized with a a mix of cell preparations containing human cytokeratins and SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells.

Positive Control
This monoclonal antibody stains basal cells in combined and stratified epithelial tissues. It recognizes the stem cell population, including the so-called amplifying cells in the prostate epithelium.

Preparation and Storage
Product should be stored at -20 degree C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles
