Apollo - Candies and Lollipops Machine with Solid Inclusionw
Developed with the aim of providing a versatile line which can manufacture a single product that is the fusion of two different types of products
The concept to create an inclusion product has been developed through a new advanced technology of chain forming that offers the option to incorporate inside candies or lollipops a regular solid product like:
- Hazelnuts.
- Powdered tablets.
- Bubble gumballs.
- Puffed rice.
(Any other regular solid can be also used)
This technology can be applied to hard, soft candies and caramel, granting the possibility to create new products that go from the confectionery to the nutritional or pharmaceutical field.
The filling options available for this line are: powders, chewing-gum and liquids such as creams, chocolate, jams, honey, fruit-based syrups, pectins. The design has been made in stainless steel tubular to allow maximum ease of cleaning and hygiene of the line. It also has the possibility to implement, in a few minutes, die sets for the production of ball lollipops or candies without inclusion.
