The sterile stainless Cervical Biopsy blade (part number 01C) is used with our Long Stainless Steel Major Handle (07L) to take a “cone” biopsy from the tissue in a woman’s cervix. The tissue sample is analyzed to assess the presence of malignant and non-malignant carcinoma cells. This blade is also referred to as a gynecological blade. This blade must be used with the 07S or 07L handle.
