The DUAL concept includes :
- A cervical ASPEN PEEK cage
- A titanium plate
- 2 cervical
This plate is attached to the cage by means of a small connecting screw . Its position is variable in the vertical plane. Bone fixation is performed using secure cortical screws 4.0 mm in diameter. Adjustment screws are available in 4.5mm diameter. The shape and positioning of the plate allow multisegmental use.
CERVICAL SCREWS
Diameter 4.0mm & 4.5mm, length 14 to 22mm. The plate screws are self-tapping.
SECURITY SYSTEM
The positioning angle of the 4.0 or 4.5 diameter cervical screws is variable. The screws will be completely secure when the heads are buried in their housing.
Available in complete sterile version with:
- 1 plate length 26mm
- 1 connecting screw
- 2 cervical screws 4.0mm L14 to L20mm or separate sterile:
- - 1 plate length 22mm or 26mm
- 1 connecting screw
- 2 cervical screws 4.0mm L10 to 22mm
The DUAL plate has two ancillaries to choose from, single-use or reusable.
The DUAL plate is the only cage plate on the market with a single-use ancillary.
The single-use ancillary is a complete, sterile kit, comprising:
- Test phantoms of all sizes
- The gripper for the phantoms and the installation of the cage plate
- The screwdriver and the square tip for the installation place of cervical screws
The reusable ancillary is a universal cervical fusion kit allowing to place with the same box the whole range of cervical implants.
