In 2018, we purchased another production facility of total 20,000 sqm in Hunan Province.

BSS is cooperating with partners from 101 countries and regions with 0 complaints. Based on the ISO13485 quality system standard, we have successfully registered in many countries, such as the US FDA factory registration, the Japanese Registration, EU CE, EU Free Sale Certificate, Brazil ANVISA, Saudi SFDA, etc. BSS QC system can track the quality of each ECG electrode from raw material to shipment.

Technology Innovation
BSS focus more on R&D and innovation, and has obtained more than 10 corresponding product patents. We have a complete product line with different testing purpose, which can provide ECG electrodes for General Monitoring, MRI, Stress Test, Holter, Resting, EEG/ ABR test. We could produce Solid Gel, liquid Gel, Tab Electrode. Multiple intelligent automated production lines ensure our daily production capacity of 1.2 million pieces, responding to customer needs as quickly as possible.

Unique Conductive Gel Technology
Academician Zhou Qifeng guides the invented conductive gel formula to ensure stable and clear ECG signal. The chloride ion content is less than 3%, and the irritation to the skin will be minimized. 90% of the ECG electrodes have yellow gel problem, which is the gel technology problem. By the effort from Mr Zhou Qifeng, BSS could assure that the conductive gel can be similar with the fresh products after 5 years, and keep the ECG Electrodes in high quality in 5 years.
