ViraStripe - Model IgG and IgA -Helicobacter

As line immunoblots based on nitrocelluose, the Helicabatcter ViraStripe^® IgG and IgA use purified specific antigens of Helicobacter pylori for the differential diagnosis of high-pathogenic (type I) and low-pathogenic (type II) Helicobacter pylori strains.

The Helicobacter ViraStripe IgG and IgA Test Kits are composed of 50 nummerally sorted nitrocellulose strips. The test procedure can be performed manually as well as on the common stripe immunoblot processors. The combination of the ViraCam strip scanner and the ViraScan software allows automated evaluation.

Each strip offers maximum reliability through an integrated control system consisting of a negative control band, a serum control, three conjugate controls and a cut-off control.
