Manticore - Labral Anchor

This Labral Anchor is to be used when tying knots as it allows the suture to slide even after the anchor is inserted. The anchor features two sliding channels, a sharp tip for insertions, and an eyelet for holding suture. This anchor comes with or without a suture lasso, which can be useful for threading suture through the eyelet of the anchor.
