Givas - Model OHK75E83000 -Mechanical Bed
Essential safety: THEOREMA beds represent the beginning of Givas hospital beds production, giving suitable answers to the main hospital wards requirements. A strong and reliable product, studied to require the lowest maintenance, customizable according to each specific need. Three adjustments (backrest, femoral and legrest sections), three or four sections, Trendelenburg option: all controls (both electrical and manual) can be operated through a single action, in order to be practical and safe when used by operators. STRUCTURE: The structure is made of epoxy powder coated steel tube. The epoxy powder coating adopted ensures high mechanical resistance to the bed structure and to the chemical agents that make up the detergents, disinfectants and maintenance products for medical devices.
The tubular structure has rounded edges with large perimeter radii of curvature, complete with safety hinges with nylon pin and removable grids in electro-welded and galvanized steel.
The upper intermediate frame is recessed and supports the movement mechanisms of the bed base, the attachment of the headboard and footboard panels and the base.
The headboard / footboard must be applied to the intermediate floor by means of a removable support.

BASEMENT
The base is a frame with a hydraulic lifting system by means of a closed-circuit hydraulic pump, which activates 2 systems of compasses connected to each other and a support strap. The pump is controlled by a lever located at the foot of the bed.
Four free / braking wheels, Ø 125 or 150 mm, must be applied to the base.
MOVEMENTS
The mechanical trendelenburg (12 °) and countertrendelenburg (10 °) position is reached by the action of a gas pump, equipped with limit stops, manually controlled by a lever placed just below the footboard.
The backrest and the leg are operated by GAS PUMPS with two handles on both sides of the bed, the footboard by an AUTOMATIC RACK with six adjustments, the pelvis section is fixed to avoid crushing the diaphragm in the position of maximum inclination of the sectors.
REGULATIONS
The bed is made and constructed in compliance with the Community Directive 93/42 / EEC concerning medical devices.
