The H2OTAP1000 is an advanced medical tap filter designed to ensure the safety of immunocompromised patients by utilizing a sterile grade filtration system that maintains the chemical integrity of water while eliminating potential pathogens. Specifically targeting waterborne germs like Legionella pneumophila, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus aureus, and Klebsiella, this filter serves as a robust defense against nosocomial infections within both high and low-risk hospital environments. Its sturdy casing is treated to deter bacterial proliferation and minimize the chances of retrograde contamination through splashes or contact. Compatible with standard water sterilization methods such as chlorination and thermal shock treatments, the H2OTAP1000 also features a traceability system using GS1 Electronic Datamatrix, easily accessed via the Biogenfilters mobile app.The H2OTAP1000 end-point medical tap filter is specially designed to protect immunocompromised patients against all types of pathogens that can be found in water by providing validated sterile grade filtration that does not alter the chemical composition of the water.
It prevents against nosocomial infectious diseases caused by waterborne germs such as Legionella pneumophila, Pseudomona, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiela or any other type of pathogen common in high or low risk hospital settings.
Their treated casing inhibits bacterial growth and the risk of retrograde contamination, whether by splashing or direct contact.
