MONOTOPE"" purified preparations consist oi >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody which has been purified from ascites fluid or culture medium by protein A chromatography or sequential differential precipitations. The final preparation is formulated to a protein concentration of 100 j/g/ml in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 and contains 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1.0 ml. This product contains no stabilizing proteins and should be stored at 2-8 C until ready for use. Working dilution must be determined by the user. Suggested starting ranges are 1:10-1:50 for IFA and 120-1:200 for ELISA.
