We are specialists in the manufacture of ultrasound gels. NEXT Medical acquired the Sonotech gel business, including the Clear Image® brand, in July of 2012 from Magnaflux (a division of Illinois Tool Works). Professionals have trusted Clear Image gels for more than 30 years. Our gels are manufactured in our New Jersey headquarters.

In October of 2014, BLOXR Solutions, LLC, was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of NEXT Medical Products. BLOXR Solutions is a USA manufacturer of patented scatter radiation protection products designed to reduce exposure for clinicians and patients through innovative applications of its proprietary technologies.

In July of 2015, NEXT Medical began distributing SONO Disinfectant Wipes.

In January 2016, NEXT Medical acquired the O.R. Comfort line of adjustable patient positioning devices. Since 1998, this line has provided an efficient means of comfortably positioning patients during surgical procedures without having to move or to lift them manually. Made in USA.

In February of 2017, NEXT Medical Products became the exclusive distributor in North and South America of the PROACT line of reusable and disposable laryngoscopes.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, NEXT Medical began manufacturing an isopropyl alcohol-based hand sanitizer in January of 2021.
