Optivac covers over 200 coating processes ranging from anti-reflective, to mirrors, to beam splitter coatings which are coated on 6 systems. The coatings mirror, channel, and filter light, improve the quality of these optical components, and protect their surfaces. The application of top quality optical coatings on glass is a highly complex procedure which requires sophisticated technology combined with innovative production processes. Besides in-depth technological know-how, Optivac excels in efficient lead time, unmatched flexibility, in-house engineering know-how as well as profound expertise in handling micro optics.

Optivac utilizes the electron-beam technology which can be plasma-enhanced and belongs to the group of physical vapor deposition (PVD). The wavelength spectrum ranges from UV (185nm) to infrared (4500nm), which we monitor with the respective measuring equipment.
