The Donghua Pharmaceutical Homogenizer is designed for fine-tuning fluid emulsification and dispersion processes. The machine utilizes a plunger pump mechanism to exert precise pressure on substances, propelling them through an adjustable valve block. The high-pressure system ensures the formation of supersonic flow velocities as materials are forced through the dispersing unit's narrow gaps. This rapid motion facilitates an efficient drop in pressure, ideal for ultrafine liquid-liquid emulsification or solid-liquid dispersion. The GYB series homogenizer supports these processes with components made from durable materials, boasting high surface hardness levels of up to HY1000. This ensures resistance to wear and corrosion over time. The plunger pump sucks the material and applies pressure to it, causing it to flow into the valve block where the pressure can be adjusted. As the material passes through the limited width gap of the designated area, it is met with one of the valve parts at a high speed and generates a momentary drop in pressure.
