Sodi Scientifica - Model TR Smart -Reaction Time Test Device
TR Smart is the latest model of the line of products TR, the most widely used reaction time test in Italy. The new modern design, composed of a bigger display touch screen, allows for an easier usability for both the user and the examiner. TR Smart reaction time test, is positioned inside an easy-to-carry suitcase containing all the necessary components: the reaction time meter, the pushbutton, the battery, and the USB stick to storage and export patients’ results.
Driving eligibility
TR Smart is used during the driving license exam of patients required to drive bigger vehicles (Trucks).
It has the unique function of being compliant for the eligibility assessment for patients suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS).
Measuring reaction time with different stimuli
TR Smart is capable of measuring reaction and reflex times to both simple (eg. Push button when lights turn on) and complex stimuli (eg. Push button based on light color).
It can reproduce both visual and auditory stimuli.
Video tutorials and USB stick
Video tutorials explaining how to use the reaction time test for both the examiner and the patient, are incorporated in the machine. Patients’ results are automatically saved on a USB stick, to be easily transferred and stored on the PC.
