This special catering equipment is made from stainless steel and the doors are made from heat-proof glass. The hooters cylinders are made from special wood , installed on stainless spits. In the same time it is possible to bake simultaneously 6 special rolled cookie.The cookies are ready in 10-12 minutes. The baking temperature can be adjusted between 50 and 250 °C by an internal thermostat.
