Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

Preparation and Storage

Storage:
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8 degree C for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80 degree C for 12 months.

Stability Test:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Product Notes
The SCF kitlg (Catalog #AAA21108) is an Active Protein produced from 293F cell and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Active Stem Cell Factor (SCF) reacts with Sus scrofa; Porcine (Pig) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech`s Stem Cell Factor (SCF) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Cell Culture, Activity Assay, Invivo Assay. (May be suitable for use in other assays to be determined by the end user.). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SCF kitlg for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Stem Cell Factor (SCF), Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
