MoA : FURESTEM-RA® Inj. suppress the activation of M1-type macrophage, which induces inflammation, and induce generation of M2-type macrophage via TNF-a-mediated activation of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and TNF-stimulated gene-6 (TSG-6). M2 macrophage suppress inflammatory symptoms and contribute to regeneration of damaged tissues.
