AINCA - Model 00-309 -Straight Disposable Tracheal Tube Connector
The straight disposable tracheal tube connector is engineered for medical use in anesthesia procedures. Available in package sizes of 10, 50, or 500 units, they accommodate different operational scales. The snug fit with endotracheal tubes is crucial, varying with tube stiffness, typically addressed by slightly warming the tube for easier insertion. Anesthesia Associates Inc. advises that federal law restricts the sale of this device to be made by or ordered through a certified physician.
Disposable high-density, translucent plastic straight connectors are sized in accordance with Z79 Standards. A deep knurl around the circumference of the upper edge makes a firm grip possible for sealing and removing. 15mm Male by nipple sizes 3mm to 12mm I.D. (10 sizes, specify). Packaging unit of measure is 10, 50, or 500 per bag. NOTE: Order by size and packaging unit of measure (i.e. for a 5mm unit in a bag of 10, #00-309-05-010). “mm” size designation in ETT adaptors indicate the inside diameter of the product to match the ID of the ETT. Fit into the ETT will be tight on most tubes, depending on stiffness (a warmed ET Tube end can help with insertion).
