HMH Sypro - Vibratory Linear Bulk Product Conveyer
The Sypro linear bulk product conveyor is designed to efficiently transport products from a stainless steel bulk hopper to a specialized format tray. This system incorporates a vibratory linear conveyor that ensures a steady flow of products, which is critical for maintaining consistent operations in high-demand environments. HMH Systems offers two variations of the conveyor: one with a breakage elimination feature and one without. The model with breakage elimination employs two sequential conveyors. The initial conveyor delivers a single-layer flow of tablets to the second, where the products are evenly distributed over a perforated plate. This design removes most broken fragments, which fall into a dedicated breakage container, ensuring a reduction in processing interruptions. As a result, the system enhances the overall productivity by minimizing the chances of breakage-induced disruptions.
The Sypro linear bulk product conveyer utilizes a vibratory linear conveyer to pre-feed products from a stainless steel bulk hopper to the Sypro format tray.
HMH offers two versions of linear conveyers: conveyers with or without breakage elimination.
The Sypro linear bulk product conveyer with breakage elimination consists of two consecutive conveyers. The first serves to provide the second conveyer with a constant, single-layered tablet flow. In the second vibratory linear conveyer the products run evenly distributed over a perforated plate where most of the breakage fragments are eliminated before they reach the Sypro format tray.
Broken products that are too short fall through the holes and are collected in a breakage container. The whole products cannot tip over due to the counter plate and continue to run into the Sypro format tray. This increases the productivity of the entire feeder system since breakage bits can cause interferences.
