Agdoxytyl - Model Agradoxytyl 100/100 -Water Soluble Powder

Composition:

Per 100 gram powder: 10 g tylosin tartrate, 10 g doxycycline Hyclate.

Indications:

This combination of two antibiotics is active against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as against mycoplasmas.

To be use for the treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, susceptible to tylosin and/or doxycycline in poultry, calves and pigs, especially infections of the respiratory tract and gastro-intestinal tract.

Contra-indications:

• Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines, serious renal- and/or liver dysfunctions.
• Do not administer simultaneously with penicillins and/or cephalosporines.

Dosage and Administration:

• Administer orally via drinking water or calf-milk.
• Poultry: Preventive dose: 1 kg per 1.000-2.000 litres of drinking water, during 3-5 days.
• Therapeutic dose: 1 kg per 1.000 litres of drinking water, during 3-5 days.
• Calves: twice daily 5 gm per 100 kg bodyweight, during 3-5 days.
• Pigs: 1 kg per 1.000 – 2.000 litres of drinking water, during 3-5 days.

Recommendations and warnings:

Administer during treatment only medicated water. Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours after preparation.

Withdrawal time: 15 days before slaughter, 10 days for eggs.

Storage: Keep closed in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and safe from children.
