Our experienced and skilled engineers as well as our direct relationships with instrument manufacturers, enable us to make warranty repairs and servicing of all our automated products. After the initial warranty period, we also offer maintenance and full breakdown assistance contracts to suit customer requirements. Bio-Diagnostics is fully committed to helping customers keep downtime of automated products to a minimum, our engineer offers telephone support or prompt on-site visits when necessary.
