Repairs Services

Stoelting will provide repair and calibration services for most products (contact returns@stoeltingco.com for more information). All products are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment. If an item is no longer covered under warranty, a quote will be provided for the repair cost. All shipping charges for non-warranty repairs are at the responsibility of the customer. All returns and repairs require a return materials authorization (RMA) supplied from Stoelting. Please complete the RMA request below and our team will provide you with the proper form within 24 business hours.
