At the German Standard Setting Institute (GESSI) you will find sample proposals for convertible loans, term sheets, financing rounds, etc. in German and English.

On the homepage of the IHK Frankfurt there is an overview of sample contracts for all companies, such as employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, "Letter of Intent", etc.
The IHK Munich also offers model contracts. In addition to employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDA), there are also templates for company purchase agreements, etc. The templates are arranged alphabetically and thus enable quick orientation.
