Measurement

Multiple measurements are taken as media passes through your Red Meter.

Calculations

The density is calculated using data recorded by the sensors in the Red Meter and computed using our proprietary machine learning algorithms.

Data Recording

The calculated readings are displayed and graphed on screen. This data can be output in real time as well as exported for archival and analysis.

Red Meter works on a simple process. We simply measure the weight of what is in your pipe by measuring the deflection of your pipe, which is determined by how much product you are moving through your pipe, and combine that with our advanced math formulas and algorithms to give you an accurate density reading every second, without using any radiation at all.

Our built in software that comes with every Red Meter, Ruby, gives you all the information on a display that is simple to read and extremely customizable. You can change the color of the software and graphs, configure your display from hundreds of unit types, and access your data anywhere on your local network, if you connect Red Meter to the internet.
