High Density Vertical Balers offer levels of performance, strength and safety unequalled by any other vertical baling press. Their efficiency, ease of operation and low cost of ownership make the Apollo range of machines the perfect workhorse for on-site recycling and waste minimization. Cardboard, paper, plastics, UBC’s, and dry waste can be compressed into high-density mill-sized bales, weighing up to 650 kgs. This cuts storage, transport and waste disposal costs and maximises the recycling revenue from reclaimed materials.

Twin-ram balers are designed for baling difficult product i.e. plastic, cardboard, steel and aluminium cans etc. The balers have high throughput with minimal labour cost. Continuous and fully automatic operation of the baler is controlled by an integrated PLC control system. Feeding of the material into the hopper, bale compaction and ejection. The wire tie system can be programmed to vary the amount of wires per bale, improving conformity and material retention within the bale

The fully automatic balers are designed for high capacity baling and to produce high-density bales with minimal labour cost. In feed of material, bale compaction, bale tying and ejection are all carried out automatically. The electrical functions are controlled by the PLC, ensuring trouble free bale production. The baler is equipped with a display, which shows functions, defaults and number of bales produced (process time, number of bales etc). The automatic tying system requires little maintenance.

The range of Twin Cylinder Closed Door Balers are designed to increase output and decrease labour costs for baling a wide variety of materials. They ensure efficient baling of corrugated cardboard; newspaper, computer printout, high-grade papers, PET and HDPE plastics, aluminium or steel cans, all without pre conditioning. In feed of material and bale compaction are all carried out automatically. The full shear system aids the conformity and density of the baled product.
