MTCM-I, Manual Tablet Compaction Machine - Video

Manual Tablet Compression Machine, Model MTCM-I, manually compress one tablet at a time. Compression is done by hydraulic pressure up to 10,000 psi (or 7,000 kPa). Customer to specify whether 5000 psi or 10,000 psi gauge is needed. Pressure gauge is provided to indicate the compression pressure. Standard B, D or DS tablet tooling may be used. The upper punch, lower punch and the die are guided by aluminum holders. Each type of tablet tooling (i.e., B, D or DS type) requires a separate set of aluminum holders. One set of holders is provided with the machine. Machine can be bolted to a table or a cart, and is portable.
