SWECO`s PharmASep™ PH06 filter dryers, capable of processing up to 0.65 kg of product in an aseptic environment, are designed for laboratories and offer the flexibility needed for current R&D requirements. These devices enable filtration, washing, and vacuum drying in a single aseptic environment. SWECO`s patented vibratory action allows for efficient fluid separation at extremely low differential pressures, then fluidizes the bed to enable complete vacuum drying at very low vapor pressures. The sanitary design of these filter dryers allows for either complete disassembly or clean-in-place with the option of sterilization in place. The treatment chamber can be assembled and sterilized in an autoclave.

The PharmASep 600 mm (PH22) filter/dryer enables batch processing of up to 5 kg of solids, as well as continuous processing in pilot plants and full-scale production environments. For both wet and dry processes, the hermetically sealed pressure vessel design, with a highly polished and crevice-free interior, provides maximum product recovery while containing potent pharmaceuticals for safer handling. SWECO`s unique, patented Vibro-Dry technology enables vacuum drying inside the PharmASep while gently swirling the product across the screen surface, accelerating drying and reducing agglomeration.

The PharmASep 800mm (PH30) filter/dryer enables batch processing of up to 15 kg of solids, as well as continuous processing in pilot plants and full-scale production environments.
