Accellta developed proprietary culture systems and formulations for animal product-free and serum-free culturing of pluripotent stem cells. The systems include media that are supplemented with recombinant human growth factors and are suitable for growing hPSCs. Some of the offered medium formulations are suitable for GMP manufacturing. Accellta has proprietary xeno-free media formulations for both suspension cultures and adherent cultures on either extracellular matrices, such as fibronectin, laminin and Matrigel TM, as well as human foreskin-derived fibroblast feeder cells. In addition, we offer culture medium formulations for directed differentiation of PSCs in suspension culture.
